Why can’t I print my eBook?

You may have received an earlier version of the book that was enclosed in software that disabled printing. Contact us with your invoice number to receive an updated version.

How long do I have to wait to get my product?
There is no waiting! You get everything described immediately after your purchase. You can literally start gardening within minutes of completing your order!

I paid for my product, but I didn’t receive it!
There are a variety of reasons for this. The most common problem is that the confirmation email sent to you was intercepted by your spam filter or the message ended up in your junk mail box. Please contact us to let us know you didn’t receive your order, and make sure you have a valid email address we can respond to.

What forms of payment do you accept?
At this time we accept all major credit cards through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase this package, only a valid credit card. Unfortunately we do not accept check or phone orders at this time.

Why aren’t you giving this information away?
